We are families first — and we built Bridge Builders to make space for others like us. Others to walk alongside families of children with disabilities by providing accessible, faith-inclusive advocacy, support navigation, and creative empowerment—anchored in personal experience, professional skills, and the belief that unconditional Love is The Key to mutual prosperity.
We don’t believe in transactional models. We believe in relational advocacy that listens first, meets families where they are, and responds from the heart. We know there are people who want to help, and we are determined to connect them with those who need their help.

As a mother, wife, and lifelong protector, caring for others has always come naturally. I live with disabilities, as do many of my family members. Though I majored in behavioral science, I never expected to raise a nonverbal autistic child—but this path led to a meaningful start in behavioral therapy and advocacy for our son.
This wasn't my first caregiving role. From a young age, I cared for siblings and relatives with unique challenges. My older brother Jeffery, who’s on the spectrum, is a deeply kind soul often misunderstood. My younger brother, the most visibly symptomatic, has shown me strength through his grace and quiet resilience.
Though hard, this journey has never been a chore. These experiences shaped my belief that care, when rooted in love, reveals truth and beauty—even in the most trying moments.
Professionally, I’ve worked in behavioral therapy and HR. In 2022, I joined my husband in staffing and discovered my talents for design, marketing, and human connection had lasting value. That experience confirmed what I always knew: we’re not meant to be cogs in a machine, but connectors of people and purpose.
At Bridge Builders, I lead with intention, compassion, and service—whether through outreach, intake pipelining, fundraising, or recruitment. Our work is guided by faith and love, not ego. And when that’s our foundation, something truly divine happens.
As a father, husband, and provider, protecting others comes naturally. Living with disabilities myself and raising a nonverbal autistic son has deepened my understanding of advocacy—not just for him, but for a broader community. My journey began in childhood, caring for family members with various challenges, including my younger brothers Jaedon, who’s also on the spectrum, and Brody, who—despite an initial misdiagnosis—taught me profound joy before his passing.
These weren’t just duties. They were divine lessons in love, resilience, and seeing beauty where others might not look. From pretending with Brody that we were on secret missions, to recording wrestling for my great uncle, I learned that happiness—especially shared—is sacred. These moments, however small, shaped who I am.
Professionally, I’ve worked across industries, ultimately excelling in staffing since 2022. That work—especially during a whirlwind of personal adversity—revealed my deeper mission: building bridges. Whether through outreach, fundraising, or recruitment, I connect needs to resources with integrity and heart.
Though my background is in Computer Science, my greatest passion lies in making systems—both human and technical—more compassionate, efficient, and inclusive. I believe in mutual prosperity: that true success is measured not in profit, but in the value we give.
